We offer a complete package for all of our clients from consultation to program launch.

1. Phase 1: Initial Consultation: We will meet with your staff and engineers at the blueprint design stage to custom design a program for your Water Park / Surf Park or Resort Venue. This includes companies interested in offering a "Learn to Surf" program to their future projects or existing facilities.

2. Phase 2: Set-up: We will first take into consideration the physical configurations of the specified location aspects and patterns. Secondly, we will look at set up and logistics of the location, insurance availability, labor structure and staffing system best suited for our client. We will recommend various programs to offer to your guests, pricing, equipment and any additional details to get you to the point where you are ready to offer your services to your guests on "Opening Day"

3. Phase 3: Program Launch: This includes a "Soft Opening" where staff and selected personal will participate in a real time run through of the program to assure that it meets all requirements. Key selected staff members from WPSS will be on site and coordinate with your staff to solve any outstanding issues prior to "Opening Day"

4. Phase 4 Operational Management options: WPSS does offer various programs to assist you after "Opening day" We offer a plan of action that will keep selected WPSS personal in place to manage and run your day to day activities on a monthly or yearly basis, if so desired by our clients.
